The Affiliated Junior High School of South China Normal University was founded in September 2014 and is a boarding school catering to students from grades 7 to 9. Located on a beautiful island, the campus is positioned 45 minutes from the GuangZhou International Airport and a mere 30 minutes from the City Centre by vehicle. The institution is both safe and secure and is surrounded by several famous and well respected Chinese universities. Currently, there are1465 students in 37 classes from Grade 7to Grade 9.
The school occupies an area of 80 acres encompassing a built area of 46,000 square metres，it provides a total of 79 superbly equipped classrooms, a 5-star swimming pool and it also owns an independent stadium covering 28 acres housing a PU runway, a football pitch, and badminton, basketball, and tennis courts.
